No. By no means whatsoever should an unarmed person be subject to this. Failure to comply may result in being taken into custody but not for an attack that can kill. Also he was at the Burger King getting something to eat. I know I didn't post this but he was parked in the parking lot when the officers rolled over to him. Again, the issue is gross use of force by police. One of my little brothers got forcibly ejected from a club in Dallas and taken into custody, the officers said that he struggled and fell, giving him two black eyes and cracking the orbital bone and a cheek. This one I can see an accident happening especially knowing how he once behaved. But you do not EVER deserve to be beaten by a cop in the line of duty.

Well, i didn't infer a hellacious beating. I just like the term "**** ruined", so forgive me.
I meant being inconvenienced by the police. hell, just having to talk to them when you're minding your own business is kind-of a ****-ruiner. not to mention being arrested, taken into custody, being taken to a holding cell, etc.
Just fucking comply already. I know non-compliance pisses me off, y'all better be glad they don't give me a beatin' stick when i'm on duty. srsly. -
