Another way---in wrestling, when your opponent shoots in and you sprawl you get your opponent in a front headlock and stay at 6 and 12 o' clock with him. Naturally, any wrestler caught in this front headlock would try to keep you at 6 and 12 o' clock too while attempting to turn the corner for an advantageous position.
While you are both circling, maintaining 6 and 12 o'clock, you take your headlock arm and shuck your opponent's head in the direction he is already going. If executed properly, your opponent's side should momentarily be exposed to you. You immediately take advantage of this opportunity and take your opponent's back.
