For the record, that .38 sucks. Long trigger pull which makes firing accurate shots quickly more of problem and the damned thing hurts my hand. I'm gonna get rid of it and buy a sub compact semi. Finding a place to keep speed loaders is no fun.

yeah, that wouldn't be a bad idea-- just figuring out where to sew on strips of cloth to reinforce the whole thing and give you some padding is the pain.
but since you're getting rid of it, what are you thinking of?

Why are you carrying extra ammo for a backup? Wouldn't the space be better used carrying extra ammo for your primary? Just asking not arguing.
