So, after soccer and sparring, my ankles/metatarsals have been much more sore than that level of activity warrants, mainly when make the rolling motion required to walk. My stingy ass broke down, and I bought an ankle brace for each foot. Beyond that, are there any stretches or treatments you can think of to take care of it? I know I need to take it easy and rest, but this has happened before, and it lasts much longer than I think it should. Any suggestions?
