    My bad -- I missed that Boyd was trying to lose fat as well. I wouldn't sweat the BMI personally, since it's not a question of normalcy that's ever plagued Aaron; he just wants more of one thing and less of another.

    However, El Macho esta correcto because figuring out your specific metabolic needs according to your activities, diet, etc. is pretty much essential.

    So yeah.

    First step: Stop taking in 100 grams of protein in a serving.

    Yep. That is correct :) It's hard to tell how much these type of tables are off for people who are not sedentary. A very well-built, active weigh lifter can easily be over by 10lbs, if not more (specially for tall individuals.)
