I could go on all day about the mechanics, BUT what really stands out for me is the lack of purpose in the drills they are showing. For example; if you are going to train for a transition then you should be running the rifle out of ammo..transitioning..then reloading the rifle. Here they transition then go right back to the rifle as if nothing was wrong..WTF?
Ralph also seems to really like the tactical reload...unfortunately it looks like he doesn't know what it's for or when it's the right time to use it.

You know, whenever I see Ralph or any of his 'students', it strikes me how rigidly they stand and move. I was a fat bugger in my teens and I think that stiff legged immobile gait is purely down to being a fat ****.
So in essence that is what Ralphio teaches - FattwatJutsu.
BTW, the horrible car crash of this thread has made me go back to training, and I am currently gasping my way through a beginners class in Muay Thai. Sucks to be out of condition. The other day, for the first time in two years I tried my once regular run into town and back - about two miles there and back. I managed half of it and pussied out, the first time I have been on Public Transport in ten years.
So, for me anyway, some good has come from Ralph's cock-breakingly shite social experiment.

Isnt it amazing how easy it is to know professionalism when you actually see it?
Unless you are too invested in the cult you have enrolled in.
