Sleep Hygiene - look it up. It usually includes a prohibition against watching TV when you can't sleep.

Since knowing is half the battle and stuff.

So I got some Sleepy Time. I really wanted Melatonin but never got to GNC on time. So the first night I took it, it did nothing. Im gonna try it again tonight with a double dose. If nothing happens Ill just give it up. Ill tell you how it went in the morning.

you should be able to get melatonin at any drugstore. i mean, the drugstore at the 24 hour wal mart (i assume you have those where you live) probably has it. costs about $10, so should be like $7.50us approx.
