Sleeping Pills / Stuff to KO me
Ok, so my sleep is realy fucked up. I cant seem to fall asleep because Ive been staying up so late, I just cant sleep and wake up later and later each day. Its fucking up my schedule. Last night I tried to sleep and I just couldnt shut my eyes. It was like I was flipping out just trying not to move.
So are there any good sleeping aids? I just need a one night thing to get me back on track. I wanna hit the gym tonight, then get home and pop something that will knock me out (not alcohol or illegal drungs thank you).
Something safe to take for one night to get back on track. Thanks.

Tylenol makes something called "Simply Sleep". It's basically Tylenol PM without the Tylenol. I've used it a couple of times, and it knocks me out,

This isnt a doctor thingy. This is me playing poker for 5 hours at a time, getting wired and not being able to fall aslpeep the next night cause I only went to bed at 7 in the morning and slept all day.
But thanks for the input.

I use lorazepam once in a while. It is a benzodiazipine and works well for me. You have to have a prescription for it, though...and it can be very habit-forming. Never take it more than three nights in a row.
As far as stuff you can get in any pharmacy..when I have a cold I use NYQUIL and it knocks me right out." If one wants to have a friend one must also want to wage war for him: and to wage war one must be capable of being an enemy." - Fr. Nietzsche 'On The Friend' Thus Spake Zarathustra

Sominex. I've used it a couple of times when I work the graveyard shift, which fucks up my sleeping pattern. It will knock you off - whether you wake up rested, that's another thing.
Anyways, stay the **** away from sleeping aids unless you really, really, really have to.Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Umm this hasnt been going on for months. More like a week. I could just tough it out and wake up early no matter what, being tired the next day and then being able to fall asleep, but Im looking for a quick fix. Thanks though. I know when and when no doctor is needed. If something was seriously wrong with me, this i the last place Id ask.
Im gonna look into Simply Sleep and Melatonin. Thanks guys.
BTW, whats in Simply Sleep? I know what melatonin is, what does Tylenol use?
