It sure is expensive and not exacly low carb...
On the other hand, lots of anti-oxidants and omega fatty acids...
I can vouch for it without resorting to Gracie nutriding as my parents are health freaks and had me start using it before I even started BJJ. It's no crazy instant cure for everything but it does give a nice mental/physical boost. I don't know about the health benefits but the boost is nice.

The combination of both tastiness and likely health benefits are my "problem"....
I got somewhat "addicted" to these "sambazon" smoothies.
I usually can control food cravings pretty well (since most other food I crave is unhealthy and I hence have a good reason not to eat/drink it), but no so well for these evil acai smoothies.
It might be wishful thinking/placebo effect/coincidence but I am quite convinced that the acai smoothies help my skin (I tend to have skin problems like acne, easy to get infected, etc).

Its healthy, but I eat it for taste more than anything.

Waitrose in the UK sell both an Acai based smoothie and pure Acai juice, the juice is about £1.60 I think for a large carton, very nice stuff it certainly is on my fruit juice rotation list.
