Aussie bodies protein FX bar is the best I have ever had. Doesnt taste like a protein bar at all but its an Australian brand so good luck finding it. I have had the Myoplex storm bars and they are also pretty good.

I have to add GNC Pro Crunch "Chocolate Crisp" to the list. I had it yesterday, probably my favourite of the Pro Crunch line.

    Detour is particularly good.

But for an alternative, check out the dessert thread in this forum from John Berardi - he has a lot of excellent desserts that can double as protein snacks.

Not a protein bar, but Chef Jay's Tri-O-Plex protein cookies are good. I strongly recommend the oatmean-raising ones over all the other available varieties due to its higher fiber and protein content:

Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

dried fish is okay exept the salt can sort of overwhelm the fish...for a first time try the dried cod.

I should have known that it'd be only a matter of time before you'd show up to defend your boyfriend's honor.
