Actually ping, my gun's are legally owned and if you have some miracle that will get the late great state of California to issue a ccw please inform those of us who would like one.
As to my .38, noticed I use glasers? Rather have a 38 glaser than a 9mm ball particularly since I'm inside my store. If the worst ever comes about I can always use the "no penetraton" argument when our local DA decides to push for manslaughter or assault or discharging a weapon in city limits or littering or.....
And your right, that sig is too sweet. It is however a hand cannon to most people and I'd hate to have to go in front of a jury with that pistol as exhibit "A". Disgusting that I have to consider such things but, thats California for you.
Has a thread been done on that fellow in Arizona who was convicted of manslaughter ,even though he had a permit, where the chief argument was the fact that he used hollow points? One of the jurors said that was the deciding factor for her. I think dateline did a story on the case.
