When i was in the Philippines a few years ago I read in a local paper that cell phone assaults were on the rise, and they had gotten really bad in other parts of asia. lulz!
haha, i found this while looking for the legalities of concealed weapons in canada. i'm pretty sure it's basically illegal to do so.

Oh and this.

I actually carry them because I believe in having a good EDC toolset. They could be used as weapons, of course though. The buck in particular; it's a one handed assisted opener with a NASTY sharp blade on it.
I train FMA/Arnis and try to practice on my own as frequently as I can (I am limited on time) so that the most vital weapon and self protection device (my mind) is still in tune.
I'm a firm believer that it's not really the weapons you carry as what you've got upstairs. Which is why I love training knifework/stickwork/weaponwork/openhands and doing competitve black powder shooting as well. It's nice to know I'm competent enough (in my own mind at least) to hold my own no matter what (if anything) is in my hands. -

This goes with me as my girlfriend's mother and her fiance designed/made it. My .45 S&W stays with me as well. I'll be getting a Beretta Storm shortly to place somewhere on my frame. -
