I'm looking to cross-train into BJJ. I have Ninjutsu (don't hold it against me - I train with good people, not ninjers) for my stand-up fighting, Wrestling's not getting much better (I just do coaching for local middle school and high school teams) and I've decided to cross-train into BJJ. Does anyone know of any good schools in Boston?

why say you do ninjutsu when you know damn well what your doing is either Ninpo or Budo Taijutsu?

Ninpo, yeah. And that's a really good question... I should start saying that from now on. It commands more respect.

Went there 2 years and plan on returning for the summer. Great place.

Yeah, I checked out their schedule, it's very combatible with my current dojo's. I'll sit in on a class next week.

Waikru has everything, but I have not been to the school.
Sityodtong has one of the best MT instructors in the country. Got a colleague who trains there and really likes it. Then you could ditch the ninpo crap.
I know someone who goes to BostonBJJ and loves it.
You really can't go wrong with the last two. I was trying to find info on waikru before I decided on SBG.
There is no cheating, there is only jiu-jitsu.

I've trained a few times at Boston BJJ when in Boston, though only the no gi classes. Great school, you can't go wrong with it.
However...I'm starting Harvard Law in August, and probably won't have a car, so Boston BJJ's new location will probably too long a commute by T/bus for me. Wai Kru is only 10 minutes from Cambridge...anyone have any experience with its BJJ program?

nope, but i'll probably be there so it'd be cool to meet up or something.
and by the way, cyril, if you have a facebook, join the SBGi group.
