    I'll assume you warm up properly.

    Put the squat first on M/F. on W do the deads first. You want to be fresh when you do them becasue you're lifting HARD (or should be).

    I'd swap military press for standing overhead press.

    truepwrz, you run 4 miles every time you train????? Dude, you are a monster if that's the case. What exactly are to trying to accomplish there? I ask because some people do fine, but others just waste away with 4 miles of running on top of lifting.

    As for your diet, why don't you list a sample daily food intake. Make a detailed list of what you are eating (hopefully every 2-4 hours), drinks included.

    Try using FitDay. Then you can make your journal public... mine is half assed, as I rarely get on the computer at home, and I forget most days to record anything...

    i dont know ming told me to run 3-4miles 3-4days a week i drink a quart of milk as soon as i brush my teeth then every 4 hours(a gallon a day) i eat a salad at morning and after noon then a fruit at morning and then every 4 hours(3 fruits a day) 2 4oz chicken brest then i eat lots of junk food like instant noodles, chips, and ice cream. now thinking about it after i run i cant squat as much as not running i might lower it to 3miles a day

    Why not cut the running to 4 miles 2 days a week. Then the other 2 days run sprints. Also, more bag/pad work. You should be training your MA skills more than your lifting. Lifting is an accessory, not the main component.

    Honestly you should be doing a lot of skill training.

    what is sprints??? alright then i guess i will make mitts and pads 5x3mins and bag work i will add to 8x3mins, but i am not sure if i can handle all that by the way i forgot to include i spar with 3 other goju ryu/judo black belts 2rounds each after i do mitts/pad/bagwork

    The rounds in the fight are 4 2 minute rounds. So train your padwork in 4 2 minute rounds right? Instead of adding more rounds to a session just do it again on another day. More than one day of bagwork.

    Sprinting is running as fast as you can for short periods of time.
