It's good to see an article that's advocating really eating for nutrition vs. downing my "magic formula X" meal replacement scientifically formulated to provide your every nutritional need as long as your digestive system can overcome thousands of years of evolution and actually digest the artifical compounds we've come up with.

One interesting part about the article, which usually goes unnoticed is the following:
Those 7 rules simplify life a lot, a lot!So what about calories, or macronutrient ratios, or any number of other things that I’ve covered in other articles?
