Hmm.. You're gonna want a big ass tire for sledging. Semi-Truck size, may be a clue to where to look. I believe most big truck companies send their tires to have them retreaded, either find the company they send them to, or ask the trucking company itself.
I'll ask my gym tomarrow where we got it. But I'm betting it'll be out of a dumpster. -

If it weren't because I live in a residential area full of octogenarians that nag at the most minuscule noise, I would be using a tire and sledgehammer. I did it a couple of times, and it's an excellent exercise.
