    Hell yeah! Hell no!

You know it's time to [insert word] when your [insert word] says you look like...

Feel free to fill in your own blanks.

As for me, I realized it was time to CUT when my WIFE said I look like:

    http://www.aetv.com/sell_this_house/...type=character

My wife and I DVR this show to get ideas about how to stage a house. Last night she said when I get home from the gym I look as big as Roger. I looked at her in disbelief, I mean, I know I've put on some weight but there is no way I look that big at 215lbs. At first, I just chalked it up to the fact that she is a little 5'4" viet girl that weighs a buck'o five and, of course, that all red headed white people look the same to her.

After careful consideration, I started a different workout today. Although I am sick of chicken breasts, I think my wife gave me some great motivation.

    Next mad lib.

Dude, if I had breasts like a chicken I don't think I'd need motivation from my wife.

Supposed to read "sick of eating chicken breasts", but I was too busy pondering the merits of the "Best Brewery in the World" thread.

Nothing wrong if that's who/what you want to look like. It's personality that counts, guys ;)

Nothing really is wrong with him, it's just I did not realize that my wife thought I had gotten that big. I mean the guy is massive, especially his arms.

It's just every since I started lifting a decade ago, the focus was on gaining weight. I started at around 140lbs and now I am 215. My wife's comment made me realize that gaining weight and size probably shouldn't be my focus anymore.

It also made me realize that my wife thinks all white people look the same.

How tall are you? 215 on an average frame with good muscle proportion sounds great to me. Power is nothing to scoff at. It's usually the little guys trying to build muscle and power, not the big guys who are looking to get weaker.

It depends what you want to do. If you were competing in some combat sports that amount of muscle mass on a 5'9" frame sounds like it might be sapping on your cardio (if lung volume correlates to height). You'd also have pretty short reach for your weight class.
