How tall are you? 215 on an average frame with good muscle proportion sounds great to me. Power is nothing to scoff at. It's usually the little guys trying to build muscle and power, not the big guys who are looking to get weaker.

It depends what you want to do. If you were competing in some combat sports that amount of muscle mass on a 5'9" frame sounds like it might be sapping on your cardio (if lung volume correlates to height). You'd also have pretty short reach for your weight class.
