Style: bum rush karate
strength gaining circuit: use the rest time between heavy benching to do heavy squats.
Want more cardio? Do pullups to failure in between bench sets and then do weighted decline situps in between squat sets.
More cardio? Cycle through two or three more exercises after your main lifts. Bicep curls, farmer walk, OHP, wood cutters, tricep extensions, high lifts, whatever. Minimize rest time between everything.
Eat a lot, sleep a lot, repeat.
