I actually remember it. Sorry if I offended you, there are quite a few threads I've read where emails were sent and I couldn't quite remember which was which. I remember and it was in fact, a very classy and neutral email explaining the investigation and how he could register and comment.

My opinion of the guy is low, I will admit tht, I've see so many fakers that it makes the hard working people look bad and it forces students into more bullshido because of it. I do feel that if this guy is all he says he is, then so be it, he won't hear a peep out of me. T

his is going to sound bad because I am a black guy from the hood who used to watch a lot of martial arts and pretend I was some martial arts grandmaster but I believe that is what this guy is doing. I really thing he spent too much time watching martial arts movies and pretending and has created this martial arts fantasy world. Growing up in Detroit, I can tell you, having an active fantasy life, can help ease a lot of the real world issues one deals with. It's probably one of the reasons (for those that do not know) that Bruce Lee is so idolized in the black community. The thing is, as he grew up, I think he kept with it and has maybe done some martial arts training. Some classes here and there. Similar to all these guys who do a year of Karate and all of a sudden are a 3rd degree black belt like our "Sifu" here.

One question I'm curious about that I don't think has been asked is who gave him the title of Sifu? I mean, if he is a Sifu, then he must have earned that title, unless he gave it to himself. If he was given that title, then someone out there promoted him, which means someone out there trained him. The bad side of this coin, is that he states he teaches _ing _un and with all the mess surrounding that MA, who knows if you can ever find any valid information about his training.

Oh well, I haven't had breakfast yet, time to eat.

    Red:
    really amazing work this far.

Some oddities I have noticed with regard to "Sifu"

    1) The photos on his "MySpace" (aside from the sheer number of 'booty pics') reveal him running a football with the caption UC-Davis football, Auburn University, Defensiveback. I am unable to locate any verification of this. Actual dates he attended these Universities would help for verification through the A.D.

    2) Playing hockey at SJSU, by all appearances is as a club sport. This would be outside the purvue of the A.D. and the only statement I can find regarding this is:
    http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache...lnk&cd=1&gl=us

"- From reader Steve: "speaking of the Kokudo Bunnies - former SJSU Spartan Hockey player Milton Wallace used to play for that club overseas (96-97?)."

A question from a reader on a webpage doesn't make this fact, however it hasn't been disproven. By all accounts I can gather, the team mentioned, the Kokudo Bunnies isn't in existance any longer, so a roster check cannot be confirmed

    3) Again, photos on his "MySpace" show several appearances in studios and references a Sifu Garret Gee, a Sifu Benny Meng and Hung Fa Yi Kwoon. A quick search found this site for Sifu Meng:
    http://home.vtmuseum.org/sifu/benny_meng/index.php
    and Sifu Gee:
    http://www.hungfakwoon.com/mainhfy.htm
which featured this picture from 1999 (I assume he is the large man three from the middle):
    http://www.hungfakwoon.com/images/HFY-WCMuseum.JPG

timeframe wise, where does this 1999 photo fit in to his employment:

"I played in 1997-98 for SJSU Ice Hockey when I returned from the JIHL in Japan."
"I have worked for the San Jose Sharks, Edmonton Oilers, Montreal Canadians, Toronto Maple Leafs and the Raiders back in 2000-2002. The Raiders went to the Super Bowl and John Gruden and I became good friends."
and was it during this time he worked as the fight trainer? A photo on his "MySpace" show him "giving boxing lessons at Raider camp". Was he also the fight trainer for the Raiders?

    4) I have send an e-mail to both Sifu Gee and Sifu Meng asking them the same question:
"Thank you very much for taking the time to read my e-mail. Recently a quiestion has been brought up on "Bullshido", the martial arts community website concering a Sifu M. Wallace. Here is the link should you choose to read it:
    http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=52499
On the aforementioned gentleman's webite, he has referenced you and your Kwoon, as well as posted photos of both aluding to his teachings. To what degree did Sifu Wallace study under you and when.

Thanking you in advance for any and all assistance."

You and me could do a whole topic on this by itself from the poor to middle class perspective. I agree with your assessment.

I also think he was idolized to due to one scene in one specific BL movie.

I think this is a huge phenomena in the Black community that, exists everywhere. People basically create a fantasy life and don't know when to quit. They continue to build this huge semi-true history (Comba-Tai and others) that can't be refuted 100%.

MississippiRed already mentioned this, but in these two videos...

    http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=wallacemediausa

It seems that this "Sifu Ross" entire name is Ross De Lozada. Hes in Ninja House 2 Unplugged, and its likely that he plays the guy wearing the leather jacket that beats up the "bad ninjas."

Could it be the one with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar? That I personally do not know and find it worth interesting. All I can state is what myself and a lot of my friends did, and pretended to do. Also, I know that some of them continued in their fantasy life. Some claimed to know a lot of celeberties. Some claimed to be rappers on the raise. Quite a few claiming to be "uber" black belt's of death. I've had friends claim that they were the ones rapping on well known songs. Poison Clan's "Dance All Night" being one my friend claimed he was a part of.

I think it has a lot to do with the situation one finds themself in. We all need an escape from reality and while there is wrong with that (in fact, it is quite healthy, especially given stressful situations), it becomes unhealthy when both worlds merge. I won't lie. I always thought about the things I would do when I became rich and made it out of the hood. One being to take up martial arts for real. While I am no where close to my goal of being rich, I did continue with my goal of taking up quality martial arts instruction.

To me, this is one of those cases. Giving him the benifit of the doubt, I think he actually has martial arts experience. Probably enough to get buy teaching those who don't know better. Similiar to claiming to be rapping on a rap song that most people haven't heard of. If you can't "disprove" it then it must be the truth.

The problem came when he added onto this fantasy with the current craze of the day, Mixed Martial Arts. He decided to show off his MMA skills (or lack thereof) as a way of just showing off or a way of getting students. I think he underestimated the ability of the average person to do a little bit of internet reasearch. I think he also underestimated the fact that there are a lot of "average" people who do MMA training.

A quick summary. I'll be bold and go out on a limb. Based on his Myspace page (and I know he's reading this, you probably should accept so many friend requests from spam accounts on myspace and post so many porno booty shots of girls) I think he is doing this to get laid. He's probably been doing the MA thing for a while but I think he jumped on the MMA bandwagon for ass. Plain and simple. It's one of the reasons guys pretend to be rappers, actors, musicians, rich (renting cars and posting pictures of them on their page or pictures of their friends car's on their page), etc. I honestly think it all boils down to this and this along.

I could be wrong. Then again, he does seem to follow the mode of "Vitor Belfort's" cousin. Training MMA, money, hot chicks, blah, blah, blah!

I am very insulted at being negatively grouped and insulted when my only contact with this person has been a reserved email informing him of a thread where he is the subject. If I remember correctly my email informed of the thread and its focus, a small introduction to Bullshido and a guide on how to sign up and respond. In return for offering him this ability to respond I receive such a reply.

For the record I have precisely zero personal stake in this investigation or any outcome that may result. Those who have read the thread will notice that I have deliberately not posted my own opinion of this person in order to maintain a neutral stance. I offered to email him in order to aid Scrapper, whom I am aware is a constructive poster here and a person who thoroughly conducts his research.

Oh no man no insult intended when I said as to the tone of your email I was answering the question at the bottom of your post. If I said something to insult you I apologize as it was not intentional .

If you need any help looking into his connection to Benny Meng let me know. There is a Benny Meng affiliate in my area, and Benny Meng's school is probably about an hour or so away from me. If necessary I could go to Meng's school and interview him.

Alright folks here's the response to my last email and my response to him.

It is fake and Dat man seeing Kareem get that whoopin was a real monster in my youth as well as those kung fu theater flicks . I think we all had some type of fantasy life so even if just for a moment we could escape our reality like yall said though the problem only arises when we get to the point where we can separate fantasy from reality.
    I'll admit man I was a MississippiNinja ...

anyway here is the latest response:

"We can only get military clearance for only one person. You do know this will be happening at a military location. I need your number first because a member of the Secret Service will be investigating you. Without that information, it ain't happening. I was in Grad school at SJSU, so I was a little older than my teammates. Ron Glasscoe was the coach, and ask him about my abilities in fighting on the ice.

If anyone of you want to fight me in my world, I don't need military clearance for that. We can fight on the ice at the rink in Oakland, and I have already reserved some ice. I am about 500-0 on the ice, and I would love to get an MMA guy out there! I fought and beat the toughest guy in the NHL right now about 2 years ago.

I shocked him with my skills on the ice becuase Wing Chun is great for hockey fighting. I'll fight any MMA guy on the ice. Sifu Ross is the KING of sparring, and I will admit that.

Sorry, I could only get clearance for only one person since 911. I need your full name. We don't need your address because the Secret Service will verify. Sifu Garrett Gee was my Sifu in Wing Chun and he is located in San Francisco.

I have also taken some other arts too. What was your screen name on Bullshito and Sher Dog? You don't need to worry about coming alone because Sifu Ross's 12 year old son will be there too, so there is no funny business to worry about. You have our word.

He will spar you too if you still have anything left. Make sure you get that on tape as well. We have our own cameras, and I want to make sure it is posted on Bullshito and Sher Dog. The Mr. San Jose Bodybuilding contest is held every year around January, and Paul Love is the promoter. I won that title in 1995 right before I entered the JIHL.

Sifu Ross is under the Iron Flower system which is very old school and underground. I play for a club hockey team for fun that travels around and enters pro tournaments. Not as serious as NHL, but things do get nasty sometimes.

Of course I returned from Japan in the off season, so I spent time here and there over an 8 year period. Sifu Ross is the ULTIMATE challenge, and he does have a lot to do with assessing me. You get past him, and you will get me no problem. In fact, I want you to get some of me regardless.

If you want to assess my skills too, I am welcoming you to do so. I never said I was a cage fighter, but I am not one to take lightly either. I have another video of me breaking a brick with a single finger strike.

I go for the internal organs, but the purpose of facing you is not to cause that type of damage. Even though we might have our differences in opinion, I don't want to kill anyone. Sifu Ross feels the same way. Don't know John Riggins or Sifu Garcia, but I am sure they are good people.

MAKE SURE YOU POST THIS MEETING TO CLEAR UP ALL THE BS ON BULLSHITO. In fact, I want you to clear everything up on Sher Dog as well. I don't have time to do that, nor do I care. We can't get you on the base without having your full name. Be honest, were you one of the people talking **** on those sites?

Auburn graduate in 1991. Now does that explain enough to you? Do you work for Bullshito? Nothing personal, but sites like that seem very childish and disrespectful to many martial artist. I don't waste time with those type of sites, and my business has increased because of your exposure. Thanks! Sifu M

You already know my name, and I'm not hiding behind any fake names. If something were to happen to you, the cops already have every email you and I have exchanged. Relax man. Do you really think we would be trying something in our house with a 12 year old there? I know you have a family, and we are not trying to start some funk. We can do it this week too."

    This is my reply :

    "
Which installation are yall planning on doing this at, I have family via my wife and a few partners that live here and are or were in the military and I'll have them bring me in.

Like I said about my personal information give me your number and I'll give you mine. You originally said that it was the PD that would check my info and now it's the Secret Service, for some reason man I just don't believe it.

Look to make it easy since you say you train at AKA and I've trained as AKA recently we can meet there and use their mats or ring . That's a neutral location, and we can bring as many per side as we want without any hassle. Let me know if that works for you and Ross and his son and I'll talk to Dave and get it done.

I'm not fighting on ice as I don't skate and you don't run a school teaching fighting on ice you run a subpar MA school( in my opinion) and that is my focus of investigating you. You charge them guys in the videos for training and they aren't learning how to fight but they think they are and you know your technique is faulty but you still insist on teaching others to me that's wrong .

Sifu Ross wouldn't be Tom Ross would he? Also on the Wing Tsun side if you do WT in the Bay Area and don't know Rey Garcia then I'm doubting you do WT . Oh yeah Chris says he never killed anyone with Iron Palm and is kind of pissed that you'd say that about him.

As to my screen name man come on I know you are reading Bullshido and you see these emails posted under my username, I'm not a Sherdogger but do read their forums, my screen name is the same as this email address except without the 1970. Red is what everyone , even my mama knows me by.

As far as coming alone, I'll say again I don't know you Bruh and I grew up doing dirt I never go into somebody else's spot by myself regardless of what they say and what assurances they make.

On sparring a 12 year old, Milt now you are pushing it way too far. I'll tell you what though my son will roll with him, grappling only, he's 12 will be 13 in Sept. and has wrestled for the last 3 years and started Judo 2 months ago . I say all that so you know I'm not trying to bring a ringer in there .

Even with all this though , I could spar all your and Ross's students, Ross himself and his son and none of that would tell me anything about your skills.

Also to the bodybuilding deal, if you don't know John Riggins then you haven't entered a bodybuilding contest locally here in a while John is my homeboy and has been doing that since the early 90's and says he's never heard of Milton Wallace.

Honestly honestly man I'm at a point where I just want to cut through the bullshit. I'll meet you at AKA ( it's your favorite place to train and I work on my BJJ (Fairtex only has nogi) over there ) let me know when and I'll try to arrange the mat or ring time so we can get it done. Or like I said earlier if that's too far we can meet at Fairtex in Mtn. View and I'll setup the mat or ring time there. Me,you, Ross, his son and my son along with whoever you and I bring to film or whatever and we'll get this settled and walk away with no ill will.

If you don't want to do that then stop trying to make me jump through hoops to get something simple accomplished and just tell me that you don't want to or won't do that.
