Triceps are synergists for the bench press, they will get sore if you've never benched before.
Tough is not how you act, tough is how you train.

First of all, do you know how to find your max on these exercises truepwrz? Did you find the 5x5 program or are you just doing each exercise for 5 sets of 5 reps? They are two different things.

Second of all bitches, he is getting a standard straight bar, not an olympic bar, so it is 35 lbs not 45 lbs.

i realized all this **** when i was like 12.....
...... just wondering trupwrz age and he should get someone older to lift with so he doesn't kill himself somehow, and does some effective things. a lot of high schools have weight lifting classes, and a lot of gyms have tons of nice guys that will help out if you ask.

Standards tend to come in a lot of weight, no? I worked in a sporting goods store, and we had them in ranges from 5-25lbs.

Did you download the link? Then just find your maxes and enter them all in the spreadsheet.

Even if you can't get it as long as you are doing those exercises and adding weight each time you are doing OK.
