Congratulations on the quick win, can't really critique a 14 second fight but that's a pretty damn good win.

Nice work.
What weight class was that? 165~?
You're very crisp with your punches. I know that I hit damn hard, but I don't often see them go down in a similar fashion. They usually just fly away off-balance.
I appreciated the comment about "how you train, not how long" I need to always have that in my mind. Often times I'll go do twelve rounds on the bag, when I should just throw 200 one two combos or somethin. -

Hehe, i used to train shaolin, when i first joined this site... to be honest i dunno how to change that tag... i train MMA now.
