The site nezha linked to seems good to. I want to try a 20 rep squat program now as it is more hypertrophy based, where I am currently absolute strength oriented. I have a local MMA fight (yup I'm bragging!) in June and can weigh at most 184. I am currently at 178 steady. So I figure go to 195 drop to weigh in the day before, I'll be good.
Plus gaining some more mass would help me get my lifts up now.
Make sure you have someone to correct your squat and deadlift forms. Those two can mess you up as bad technique is all over the place. -
