Not being a dick but seriously wow. I'm 180. A gallon of milk is fine, go for a 1/2 gallon at first.

You 6 ft tall truepwrz? Just rewatched the vids, yeh you be tall.
I have a tall skinny Asian friend, gains strength when he works out, unfortunatley he dosen't stick with it. But you can squat, bench, dead in the 2-300's no problem with hard work.

The site nezha linked to seems good to. I want to try a 20 rep squat program now as it is more hypertrophy based, where I am currently absolute strength oriented. I have a local MMA fight (yup I'm bragging!) in June and can weigh at most 184. I am currently at 178 steady. So I figure go to 195 drop to weigh in the day before, I'll be good.
Plus gaining some more mass would help me get my lifts up now.
Make sure you have someone to correct your squat and deadlift forms. Those two can mess you up as bad technique is all over the place.

Just lift. Increase the weight and get stronger. Your genetics will play out the rest. BTW your legs should be bigger than your arms, they are the most muscular parts you have and are essential in MA and fighting power.
Your left side/right side issue will clear up as you lift over time.
