Yes, horizontal pull is a row. Bent over BB rows, DB rows, cable rows, any BOR actually. A vertical row woud be a weighted pullup (my favorite) or lat pulldown (meh in my book).
Also, truepwrz: Looks like your schedule sucks balls. A little bit anyway. Don't focus on bodyparts like biceps or chest. A well developed chest or back is more of a bodybuilding outlook. You want to focus on being stron in movements, like overhead press, squat, etc.
Try this:
MONDAY: Bench Press, Squat, Row
WEDNESDAY: Miltary Press, Deadlift, Weighted Pullup or Lat Pulldown
FRIDAY: Bench Press, Squat, Row
SUNDAY:Pure bagwork, heavy cardio
Lifting 3 days is plenty, you need time for skills (class) and cardio. 4 days is overkill. Eat more food than you are now, and not junk food. You are skinny so this is important. Work hard in the gym by always trying to increase the weight or reps.
Also, your biceps, triceps, abs and all the other little muscles will get plenty of work from presses and pulls. No need yet for isolation movements as it may hinder your time better spent training your martial art. -

That Bruce Lee worship site I posted is oddly organized; there's one link if you can find it where he does have some old school exercises laid out but he doesn't really map a routine.
He does advocate presses one place, but in another says BL thought too wide of a chest was a hinderence to MAs. --?!? Guess it is a little screwy.
But look what else I found--

Here is some old school, I read the "Ripped" series a long time ago (you can't tell from looking at me now, sadly). He also has a link to the real "Hardgainer" guy.
---Checked the site out, and sadly he's all about sales; you can probably find some of his books at used bookstores and on eBay. He had a lot on routines, as I recall. -

Seriously, the most important thing for you to do is to is to go into the gym and lift weights. No offense, but if you are as skinny as you look in the videos that have been posted on this site, then reps and sets won't matter THAT much.
If you really intent on packing on some weight, I recommend this site -
