How many guys over 45 here?
I was wondering, as I had to my 48th birthday, how many people here are training hard core, still, at my age, more or less.
I'm going to be turing 29. What keeps you going strong?
I hope to be going strong in twenty years. But I already walk around like my grandpa so I doubt it.

I'm not going strong anymore- I was still doing BJJ at 46, and Hitting the Bag at a Boxing gym, but my joints ache like crazy, so, non of that. With the exception of the old guy who takes a ton of vitamins, I beginning to to feel like this is pretty common, unless one is doing some bullshido, which, is easy on the joints.

This forum is getting downright retarded.
I am 53. Currently I still work out with weight lifting, heavy bag boxing and occasional sparring with my sons-in-law. Was doing some BJJ which I really liked but my knees didn't but at least I know how to RNC someone.
