The only way to get throws like that is to do the drill over and over again. The step in drill he was showing is the backbone of Judo practice, uchi komis. After about 10 thousand of those and 10 thousand actual throws it gets easy. A good crash pad also helps take some of the "pain" of repetition throwing away. Plus you just have to not give a **** and have faith that they are going over.

I have done some of those drills
At my old trad JJ place we drilled and drilled hard core (although with punches to the solar plexus to break kazushi)
Unfortunately there's not much more than single and doubles with BJJ, CSW is no gi and in Goju-jitsu (the instructor is a Judo brown belt) we have a lot of the throws as part of our curriculum but don't drill them nearly enough

Awesome. Just sent this vid to my uchikomi buddy; hopefully this can get us started on some no-gi uchikomi as well.

Thank you for these vids - great stuff here.
I've been getting bored of single-legs/double-legs/duck-unders - It's probably about time I start working on some standing throws.
