    Yes I have looked. I think the CM website including the forums have been redesigned since the original post. Tried google, CM forum, and SBGi forum on MMA.tv.

    Nice, i'll check it out after i finish my run. He put up a video way back about the benefits of having your hands continuously slightly moving in your guard which helped me out a lot.

    Um, yeah. This is really old school stuff. For example, Jack Johnson's clinch game was built around standing off to one side using an alternating underhook/wizzer/neck grip, while floating a hand on the far arm:

    One cool thing about the CM approach is the way he uses his head to steer the other guy, as one might do in wrestling:
