I mean my sword training, the above post is my plan for my sword training, what specifically I am looking for advice on increasing the number of days that one trains in a week as well increasing the time of each training session.
and also just any plain thoughts on that plan -

Style: Throwing, and Matwork--
2 hours is good for nothing other than training for marathons. Even with skill training, you learn best when fresh. If your weight lifting, you should shoot for increased intensity each session, and concentration on form, and even with skills training, it's one and the same. Length of time means nothing.

okay my apoloies folks I honestly wasn't trying to vague,
mainly what I'm looking for in my sword training is to perform faster cuts and thrusts without sacrificing form or the power of the technique
now as to length, I was off the understanding that while sword training is skills training it isn't a speciialized skill like say sword drawing, and that one could train for a lengthy period of time without developing slompy form.
isn't that true -
