No, the energy when it is out there has a life of it's own. Look at at as a version of a magic shield which has an existence that can be damged independently of the creator

I also find it interesting - and back on topic - that Mr Jeffries has no MA experience and no MMA fighter of ANY calibre has trained with him.
With that in mind, why would I want MMA training advice off a fat gorilla?

I hate to bring this totally down, like to the level of reality, but I sorta think the people who send ol' pickle barrel money for his strength secrets -aren't- by and large the sort of people who actually get out and do training with live partners. Or dating with actual wimmen . . . .
On an entirely different and happy note-- Don Johnson plays D & D?? Super Groovy!

An on topic update:
God bless you.
First I'd like to say thanks to everyone sending me "congratulations,"
on my ordination. I appreciate your thoughts and prayers and believe
with you that we may all be used of God to further His Kingdom.
Got off the phone a little while ago with Mike Bruce. He's been
filling me in on a couple of his workouts and PRs lately. Like me he's
constantly experimenting with new variations of training schedules,
exercises, etc. Here are just a few of things he told me:
A few days ago he hit a PR on a 500lb bottom position zercher squat,
nearly making 525. By the way, that's two and a half times his
bodyweight held in the crook of his arms starting from bottom position to stand
up. He's been pretty regularly doing his 1,000 push up/150 chin up
workout. Alternating it between heavy days and bodyweight days.
Interestingly he likes to finish that 1,000 rep push up workout with handstand
and behind the back clap push ups. That's literally amazing to be able
to do either of those exercises after having done that volume of push
Yesterday he hit a PR in the one-arm partial row. 380lbs for two reps.
That's closing in on double bodyweight on that exercise. He also did
one of the most unique rope climbing stunts I've ever heard of. Never
even heard of anybody else trying this one. Climbed a rope upside down
without holding it with his legs. I've seen one climbed upside down
with a leg lock before, but never with the legs open not holding it with
the feet. That's berzerk!
By the way exercises and workouts like that are just a few of the
things you'll see on his new DVDs. If you are ready to jump up to the
absolute power in efficiency and athletic endurance for martial arts, or
just general tough guy hard man, bad to the bone physical ability then you
need the conditioning machine. Be sure to get it now before the
introductory price goes up.

I ordered the dvds for Mike Bruce from this guy Bud Jeffries and I never received any of them. Does anyone have his real email? I have the one from his website but he never responds to his email or phone messages. I want my dvds or my money back.

Since Skeletor was based on the original Thulsa Doom (a skull faced guy, not the snakeman like in the movie) I always figured he was a lich, not an animated skeleton.
