I'm not impressed.... I'm a scrawny weakling and I can deadlift 2.5x my bodyweight, I squat about the same. I can backbridge with 200+lbs on my stomach. Admittedly my bench press max is only about 10lbs over my bodyweight right now... but still. I don't lift weights.

Most of the guys I've seen on Worlds Strongest Man comps would have this guy for breakfast.

I liked the video of him using body english to heave a novelty oversized dumbell six inches off the ground. A ROW RONNIE COLEMAN WOULD BE JEALOUS OF

Looks like the "worlds most conditioned and strongest fighter" holds a 1-2 mma record according to sherdog. More mat and ring time less gym time!

Once I saw an episode of heman, and heman put skeletor in a standing arm-lock as he tried to dash past him. From memory it was sort of like a reverse kimura sort of affair. It boggles the mind. Adam is like, the most powerful man in the universe (possibly he is the guy that wrote the articles) and skeletor is a muscly skeleton.

Would a broken shoulder really have that much effect on skeletor? I mean he's only made of bones (he's a mystery!) but he IS magic and stuff aswell.

Luckily, skeletor managed to wriggle out of this lock somehow, with all his skeletony power, and then he fled, avoiding the embarrasment of being finished by an arm-lock and surviving another day to come up with more dastardly, fun ans sexy schemes to steal castle GRAYskull.

Skeletor could really benefit from this guys strongman programs if he has muscle, but then if he doesnt, he can't benefit from it.

    Fin.
