Train full contact Muay Thai. Two separate age classes with a gray line for the kids that are exceptional fighters in the ring. Fighting in the ring is something that is strongly encouraged in the gym. There is a shortage of training equipment here, but creates much more time on live sparring. The first hour is basically a rigorous warm up with shadow boxing towards the end. The latter hour is devoted to sparring, starting from body boxing to full contact, usually progressing by adding left jab all over, body kicks, all kicks/knees, etc...

fantastic coaching, great environment, great sparring partners and the toughest kids fight team i have ever seen.
these guys are extremely competitive in the local fight circuit.
