Ross isn't heavy, but he'll punch your balls right off. I've seen him do it.

Try this*:
Get on a heavy weight training program. If you don't know how to lift, you need guidance, go to a gym and seek advice and help on form. 20 rep squats are awesome. You should work that in your program as well as deadlifts, bench, rows, lat pulldowns.
A diet idea to put on size is to eat 2g of protein per pound of body weight per day. Watch the fat intake. I hope you like tuna, it will be your stinky friend. Look at the whey protein powder to see where you can get the most. You can double up on the powder and it will make a descent shake.
See me back in 3 months. That will be 75 dollars american.
Pay at the door when you leave. (I take paypal Kthx0

Well, I was avoiding the "GAIN MASS FOR STRENGTH" route, but if he does wanna do 20 rep squats, might as well link him to it.

For starters I'm just looking to gain weight, with only some of it being strength, basically so that some more mass can be put into my strikes.
