Chinese Super Ninjas was the greatest ninja movie ever made.
A close second would be Duel to the Death, but only because the female ninjas use their bodies to defeat a Buddhist Monk. That and the decapitated ninja head speech.

How could a hong kong movie be the best Ninja movie? It did have some o.k. dismemberment. The Octagon was awful, and what's with all the Chuck Norris worship? Back when he made those flicks, he was considered stiff- acting and MA-wise. No one could believe the pat in Force of One, where he beats Bill Walllace. At best, he was the super poor man's Clint Eastwood. Koichi is the best Ninnja movie, if only for the nudity element.
