    West Coast Jiu Jitsu

    its the only school i know around my area that teaches bjj and muay thai
    i was wondering if this is mcdojo
    the instructor for bjj was supposedly trained by rickson gracie

    i took the muay thai class but so far were only doin punches, and round kicks no elbows or knees

    ive only been to one mt class
    so far i havent seen elbows bein thrown (when the instructor sparred w some of the students) or knees.
