So, switchblade, are you going to answer his questions?
That goes for you to Tcell?

If not this thread will be moved.

Who me? Oh, Shou Shu, Doce Pares, not long, and regretably, yes.

All jokes aside, it's not my intention to post here and insult people. I wouldn't have said that if i had known Mr. Dugas posted here as well. I definitely wouldn't have insulted the older guys.

Mr. Dugas, hopefuly you didn't take me serious. After re-reading my first post, I would understand if you were pissed. You can PM me if you were offended, I'm in California.

Actually, you should tuck your shirt in your underwear if you're wearing a suit, so you dont show shirt tail lines through your pants.

Dale, what part of your training do you feel allows you to break the heavy blocks? The Iron Palm?

I like this. I also respect Dale Duglas for showing up to the thread. I'd like to see more of his posting in technical threads that aren't about who sucks and who doesn't, since he seems very experienced in CMAs for fighting.

Iron Palm helps to make sure you are not going to cause harm to your hands, but my total training helps to bring it all together.

Strength training as well as relaxation training and strutural training to ensure that I use Whole Body Power.

If you didn't live where you do, Dale, I'd have to come up and visit... Entirely too many folks are overly critical of legitimate CMA training, especially when we are willing to put up or shut up, because there are plenty of folks who enjoy wearing silky PJs while thinking deep thoughts...

What long term insulation does the iron palm provide to prevent injury? Or are you talking short term?
