    Get the book starting strength. Great stuff on the powerclean.

    You might be right, but exrx seems to list it as a Power Clean, at least in the URL.

    In either case it is a good exercise. I prefer it to hang cleans.

    Yep definitely a squat clean. The vid clearly illustrates the "catch" that is a fundamental (and arguably the most technical) part of the squat clean.
