Rashad & Kos's ability to learn and adapt as fast as they do. Titos woman...er.. I mean work ethic and his GnP. Silvas clinch is awsome, I'd love to work with him for a week on just clinch. GSP's never ending stamina and his chik getting French Eh'hole... oops I mean French Canadian accent.

And theres a group of guys here that I admire as well. Working the 60-80 hour weeks and still training, fighting and winning. They keep me on track work wise and I am happy as hell to have serious training partners.
