That guy on that awful MTV show who did the XMA monkeystyle **** was an arrogant prick. Other than that, I've had no contact with any XMA'ers. I suppose it's unfair for me to bash a whole style based on one asshole, but that's the way it happens sometimes.

No, they have to get their asses kicked, and start really training instead on picking of gymnastics. Most XMAers are in far better shape and condition to kick ass than those LARPers anyway. I'd love to see an XMA vs Kempo/WC/BJK/etcetera competition.

You know, I haven't really seen any Bullshido members offend XMA'ers, so I don't see where your (presumed) fury comes from? Are the YouTube retards banging again?

I have to agree with you though, XMAers and Capoeira practitioners seem to be in great shape and condition, hell, there's a "Capoeira vs. Kickboxing" video here on Bullshido's video forum, and I have to admit the Capoeira practitioner did quite well (he still got his ass kicked, but he did far better than I had expected).

I don't have a problem with XMA because I've never seen it marketed as self defence. They are excellent athletes just like professional cheerleaders, i'f they have fun with it I say what's the harm (besides public image of the martial arts).
