    BS artists similarities

I saw this in the local freebie paper, and while it is not about Martial Arts, it is interesting scam artists operate in similar fashions. Plus, it's just plain good info-

Yeah, I had to look for a while but I finally found the article I was looking for and figured it was it. It is a pretty good read and I do believe that a lot of the information is very valuable.

Like a lot of different Martial Arts styles have techniques in common or very similar - con men and BS'ers use variations on the same basic methods of duping suckers!

    Great article.

For Whitney, this slight was compounded by the fact that, like Kiyosaki, a Google search of his name placed Reed's review near the top of the results. This meant that a person checking out Whitney prior to spending thousands of dollars on his seminars was likely to come across the negative comments.
This really seems to drive them nuts, and I'd wager it's a big part of why so many BS dojo owners etc. have been coming on to the forum to defend themselves

I hope that people realize that guy's like Kiyosaki are worse frauds than most of the MA scammers. Sure, you may get you ass kicked, but with these guys, the financial loss can be longer lasting than a few bruises from doing some BS MA moves.

The ironic thing is that people get all this "super duper" martial arts instruction and never put a squat of time into the research or the moment of common sense you need to get the proper ANYTHING in life. People shell 10,000 for nothing and everything these days without thinking. Idiots.
