Der, I think we need something about being a choi nutrider in the faq/rules. On certain other KMA forums I used to participate in prior to being banned its like everyone drank some ITF kool-aid and decided he was a god.

You can nutride anyone all you want, however, you will not get any credibility unless you can back up what you say.

Uh, KMA history: They learned some Shotokan and Aikijutsu and called it Korean when they got rid of the Japanese (Japs is SO un-pc) after WW2?

That would be the post-Occupation arts.

One thing I would like to delve into is the pre-Occupation KMA, be it Taegyun, Sssireum, the various Korean Kung Fu styles, and the martial arts of the Muyaedobotongji (both original and recreated).

Pre-Occupation KMA still get very little exposure, and once you see them, the difference between them and the Japanese-influenced arts is noticable.

Vincent Ornelas was the TKD instructor I trained under. Joe McComb would be the Hapkido instructor I mostly associated with although DngRuss screw with more these days.

But seriously, I would definitely be interested in learning more about Taekyon. Looks and sounds really awesome.
