    Hopefully this clears it up:

    1. When and how long do you hold class?
    2. Describe the basic outline of an average class. (15 minute warm-up/stretching, 30 minutes grappling/clinching drills, 30 minutes basic strikes, 15 minutes heavybag, 20 minutes sparring, etc. etc.)
    3. Are forms used, and if so, which ones? If not, why not?
    4. Any plans on coming to the southeastern part of Michigan soon, even if only for a short while?

LOL.....Still a huge question. Were we talking just my kung fu classes?

LoL, I didn't know you taught other classes. I guess these are my two main questions: how much time do you spend each class sparring and do you use forms. If so, which ones and if not, why not.

First, I think you should tell Omega why you are asking. It is only fair that he knows why. Second, look at his bio page and then realize why your questions are vague and large. He teaches multiple styles each is different and each has crossover.

    Older kids kung fu
    Adult Kung fu
    Teen MMA
    Jiu Jitsu
    Combat SAMBO
    Kung fu
    Sparring.

Hmm, I probably should've done that first. My only reason is that I've been doing Tang Soo Do for about two years, and I have no experience with any other martial arts, unless you want to count Dagorhir. I guess I just want to know what makes one training way good and another way bad, and Omega seems to be pretty highly regarded on these forums.

My apologies. (I seem to be doing that a lot on these forums lately. xD) Unfortunately, I don't know where the bio pages are located since I can't find one when I go to his profile page. The forms I'm asking about are indeed for his kung fu classes.

LoL, I think I just realized how big my mistake actually was. I guess what I really want to know is how much time you spent sparring and just your general thought on forms.

If there was one class from that list that I would like it pick out, it would probably be Kung fu or Adult Kung fu, which ever one is more closer to what you would train if you were going into, say, UFC, for you stand up game.

    For the adults:
All adults are supposed to cross train. The normal class is an hour long. 15 minutes dedicated to conditioning, none given to stretching. We decide what we're going to be working on that day and we break down the training on what everybody needs that day.

How's the sparring there and what do you think of forms?

Sparring is very wide range....that being said you may want to use the search function on forms thread before starting here.
