First, I think you should tell Omega why you are asking. It is only fair that he knows why. Second, look at his bio page and then realize why your questions are vague and large. He teaches multiple styles each is different and each has crossover.
The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Gangsters and hood rats are especially susceptible to this growth stunting mentality. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. The hood is where I'm from, but it's not what I am. --Keith David--Ice Cube

Hmm, I probably should've done that first. My only reason is that I've been doing Tang Soo Do for about two years, and I have no experience with any other martial arts, unless you want to count Dagorhir. I guess I just want to know what makes one training way good and another way bad, and Omega seems to be pretty highly regarded on these forums.
My apologies. (I seem to be doing that a lot on these forums lately. xD) Unfortunately, I don't know where the bio pages are located since I can't find one when I go to his profile page. The forms I'm asking about are indeed for his kung fu classes. -

LoL, I think I just realized how big my mistake actually was. I guess what I really want to know is how much time you spent sparring and just your general thought on forms.
If there was one class from that list that I would like it pick out, it would probably be Kung fu or Adult Kung fu, which ever one is more closer to what you would train if you were going into, say, UFC, for you stand up game. -
