I had this stuff before my last fight
it gave me a lot of energy, both physically and mentally. I think it effected my mood (positively) aswell, though it's hard to say. A lot of the people that go to my gym swear by it as a pre/post workout food. It's pretty tasty too!
Where do you get it? I love sorbet in general and I can always use more energy.

And most people in bodybuilding.com are a bunch of popeye-arm+chicken-legs at best (or internet slobs at worst) just looking for pics of hot chicks. I still have to see a serious weightlifter that can tell me glutamine, BCAA, multivitamins, and even caffeine are junk.

Senior Macho, I did not say that all Supplements were junk. Actually, the ones you list are the few that seem to do something. My dad takes Glutamine, is what 79 years old, beat cancer, and still bikes for 45 minutes a day. Now, it's not just the Glut, but he says it helps. I use Met Rex and feel better, and I saw my cholesterol plunge from using Beta Setoserol. Still, it might be that if someone is tired, they might need adequate rest etc.
Ahhh, Guarana sorbet. Mmmmm. I love guarana. Gonna order me a bunch of these with the granola to have for breakfasts in the morning.
