Top Notch TaeKwondo

Top Notch Taekwondo is now in its third year of operation. It is owned and run by Mrs. Demitra Shade, 4th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.

The class schedule is set up to offer all ages, and belt ranks, as many choices as possible. Mrs. Shade, also adjust the schedule if school hours change, to better suit the students needs.

There are adult, kids, and a younger kids (5 and under) classes.

Mrs. Shade, holds a number of trophies, and titles from the SMAC (Southern Martial Arts Conference) and other local Tournament Organizations.

The school has the most up to date training equipment, and all of it is kept in good condition.

There is a sales counter for things such as t-shirts, decals, uniforms, and sparring gear. TNT can also order any items you need from the various Martial Arts Catalogues they offer.

TNT (Top Notch Taekwondo) also has an official Tournament Team, Team Dynamite. It has all age ranges on it, and is an invitation only team.

TNT also offers weapons classes on Fridays, for begginers and advanced students.

Testing fees are reasonable, and there are no hidden costs in the program.

All in all TNT fosters a good family Martial Arts training environment.

Dam! I just wanted to hurry and post before there was pages of posts to read through! j/k anyway I didnt see to much about the instructors. It does looks like a big gym though! 100 bucks seems kind of steep. Thats what I pay for unlimited training at my bjj gym. and team quest in portland is about that for two times a week.

Can you link to some pictures of the facilities. I only found pictures of some child with trophies before I started having siezures.

Don't you think the 10 in equipment is a little high ? I expect a 10 to have weights , on site showering , locker rooms , new gear (and lots of it) etc .

I was looking at it from the standpoint of a purely TKD school, and comparing it to the others that I have attended.

The equipment is kept up to date, in good condition, and is plentiful. Other schools I have been too, never had enough focus pads, kicking bags, or kicking shields.

There wasnt a prerequisite on how to rate equipment. This isnt a gym, its a TKD school.

But seeing how this may be misleading I will lower it.

Any request you make is going to be ignored simply because there is no pleasing you.

If you want to start a fight with me, then please do it somewhere else. Your predisposition towards negativity of any MA except BJJ (especially towards TKD) is well known, so I see no point in humoring you.

Your above comment only lends to my argument.

No video, sorry. The few pics I have are of my kids. They have other kids that arent mine in them, so I cant post them on the web. I also dont post pics of my family outside of the BBC.

What?
No, I actually wanted to see the facilities (since they got a ten) but the site was too tarded up for me to find them simply (thankfully there weren't embeded midis).

TKD is actually pretty far down on the list of arts that piss me off, hapkido and aikido far surpass it. As for negativity towards arts, I like bjj, judo, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and long walks on the sand. My favorite color is blue.

My problems with you are easily put aside (seeing as they're related to ignorance on some issues and blatant rep pandering and not topical here).
