I'll second Ninjew's opinion. A friend of mine picked up Nativ's vids and I was impressed. He does all of his demos at more real-life speeds than most. The kata are hard and nasty. I like 'em.

Aikidoka are not normally -permitted- to counter their instructors' techniques, that's why they don't do it, rather than not having knowledge of how to do it.
