He was giving flowers to the fighters for the Wandy/Sakuraba fight. Wandy didn't accept the flowers (because he's a damn maniac) so Tito handed them to the ring girl and kissed her. Then Sak accepted the flowers, and Tito kissed HIM.

Then Sakuraba got beat down in the worst way.
