Yes yes i am aware that ive been starting alot of threads lately, but i have alot of questions and bullshido has alot of answers..
Is it fine to do weight training after the day you do an interval running, semi-sprint training session? Is there a lactic acid issue there or should it be fine?
And does interval training require protein like weight training does?

In all the reading and conversing I've done, the only major principle to remember is to have at least one day during the week where you do absolutely nothing. Well that and don't do the exact same exercises back to back every day. Hell, I'm a Crossfitter and if sprinting 24hrs after a weight session hurt you, I would've been fucked a long time ago.

Sure you can do weight training the day after sprint intervals. For that matter you could use weights in your intervals. Lactic acid is cycled out of the muscles via the cori cycle rather quickly. Any soreness you feel the next day is due to microtrauma to the musculotendinous unit not lactic acid.
