Yes yes i am aware that ive been starting alot of threads lately, but i have alot of questions and bullshido has alot of answers..
Is it fine to do weight training after the day you do an interval running, semi-sprint training session? Is there a lactic acid issue there or should it be fine?
And does interval training require protein like weight training does?
