we just did the first 2 parts of the siu nim tao and it's applications. He explains why we do the forms. Then we did some basic self defence applications which had some escrima footwork w/ inring steps. It was quit a bit of stuff considering I was an hour late:laughing7 .
he also asked me to check out this site to see why ing un in general is so hated.

My BJJ instructor knows about this site. My Hapkido Instructor is probably 70 so I doubt he even uses the net.
