cardio + weights + cardio = bad thing?
If i ride my pushbike to the gym, have a weights session (including legs) , and then ride home, am i going to struggle to gain mighty mighty biceps?

First of all, what are your goals? And please don't use the phrase "mighty mighty biceps" again. That phrase causes a muscle spasm that forces me to choke the nearest 17 year old to death.
Second of all, the facts. You run out of glycogen and start burning protein in the muscle after 20-30 minutes of sustained intensity exercise. Your bike ride an hour? No? Don't worry about it.

I'm terribly sorry if i wasnt born with all the knowledge in the world ingrained into my brain like you OBVIOUSLY were, and resorted to asking a fitness related question in a fitness forum due to conflicting advice i had found after some google research.
And 'mighty mighty biceps' was me refferring to the fact that, due to shoulder surgery, my left arm is pretty gimpy and fatigues quickly, so yes, im trying to build it back up and are looking to make sure im not just running in circles.
I dont know what your problem is, but i suspect its another vain attempt at being 'one of the cool kids' in the fitness forum crew.

You see, I see **** like your post all the time, and I cringe at the thought that you CAN'T search for your answer, because everyone words it differently. And the bike ride to training is about 45 minutes. Considering i have to to go that distance to get home as well, i think i may ditch it on weight training days, because my legs were rooted today.
